Workspace MCP is a personal, single-user application run by Ehsan Salari. It connects one Google account, owned by the operator, to an AI assistant the operator uses.
Data accessed: Gmail attachments and filters, Google Tasks, Contacts, Chat, Forms and Apps Script, only when the operator asks the assistant for something that needs them.
Storage: OAuth tokens are stored encrypted in a private Google Cloud Storage bucket. Attachment text is processed in memory and not kept. No data is sold, shared or used for any other purpose.
Google API Services: use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Deletion: revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions removes all access; stored tokens are then useless and are deleted on the next deploy.
